My style (especially with flowers) is to create images that are high contrast and isolate the subject on a black background. Here I have deviated a little by allowing the subject to thin more to a watercolor density instead of punching the color. I may work with this technique more as it is nice and very different than that found with my other images such as “Five Sisters”.
